We are super-excited to be attending the Specialty Coffee Association Roaster Camp this year in the French Alps. This three day event from 30th Sept – 3rd Oct is part of our continual investment in coffee knowledge to help us create value for clients. Usually these events are in The US so when we found out that this year it was being held next to Lake Annecy – we were in!
We will have the opportunity to closely study the science and supply chain of green beans, helping us source better. A focus on roasting techniques helps us improve our coffee. Finally we’ll meet the greatest coffee talent from around the world, building our talent network.
We will report back from the event with any ideas that will be useful for our clients.
