I am a trained carpenter with over twenty years experience working in both the UK and the United States. I spent ten years living and working in California with other interests including traditional Japanese sword polishing. My career to-date has given me many skills (I’m told!) including a great attention to detail, problem solving and efficient ways of working under pressure. At Amamus I am primarily responsible for Roastery and coffee operations, which is ensuring that our clients get exactly what they want, when they need it. I am responsible for all activities across our Roastery, packing areas and deliveries.
