At Amamus, speciality coffee is coffee made from exceptionally high-grade beans that score 80 points or higher on the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) 100-point scale. Unlike mass-produced commodity coffee, it is fully traceable back to individual farms, meticulously hand-picked, and crafted to showcase distinct natural flavour notes—ranging from vibrant berries to rich dark chocolate.
For us as a certified B Corp, speciality coffee is also a force for good: it rewards farmers with fair, sustainable prices above market rates and supports eco-friendly farming that protects biodiversity at origin.
